The order confirmation e-mail we send you contains the invoice amount, the payment reference and our bank account details. Please transfer the amount invoiced within a period of seven calendar days. Please enter the payment reference precisely when making your bank transfer. Once your payment has been credited to our account, your goods will be shipped to you subject to availability.
Our bank account details:Please note that all bank transfer charges incurred must be paid in full by you. If the amount credited to our account includes a deduction for bank charges, we reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment of the full amount is received.
You can also collect your order directly from our distribution centre. In this case, we will not charge you any shipping costs. You will have to pay for your goods in cash or by electronic cash (EC) debit card on collection. We will inform you immediately as soon as your goods are available for collection.
Payment by invoice is one of the most convenient and safest methods of payment available because you only have to pay for the goods after you have taken receipt of and inspected them. If you decide to return some of the delivery items to us, you may deduct the sum of these items from the full amount of the invoice when making payment. After completion of the order, your goods will be shipped to you subject to availability.
Important information:
This payment method is currently only possible for companies, public institutions and authorities. Delivery requires a positive credit check.
PayPal PLUS is an all-in-one solution that enables you to make payments simply and quickly. It combines the four most popular payment methods – PayPal, direct debit, credit card and payment by invoice – into a single payment tool that can even be used by customers who don’t have a PayPal account. As soon as your payment has been completed and confirmed by PayPal, your goods will be shipped to you subject to availability.
Important information:
Please note that if you use PayPal PLUS to pay for your purchase, for reasons connected with insurance coverage, your goods can only be delivered to the address you have entered in your PayPal account profile.
